from 9 till about 10/11 the following day
went round a mates and ended up stopping up all night. and had to drive home at about 8in the morning, then went to college for a few hours then went to work 5-8 (back when i worked at argos) then came home and didnt go bed till 10/11 then up the next day at 8 fun times.
never had any pro plus or anything to keep me up just kinda went past the stage of being tired.

I've done plenty of benders in my mispent youth, probably stretched to 4 days a couple of times. I love my sleep too much though these days.

Done food and sleep deprivation when i was in the army. Simulating being behind enemy lines. Done a 3 day extraction with water only, no food. Doing 15-20 mile marches a day, with full combat kit which was about 90-120lbs. Plus about 3-4 fire fights in a day. Lasting about 20-30minutes each.
Struggled to eat or sleep for about another 2 days after finishing the exercise. Takes a while for the body to recover from that type of punishment.
