hi just adjusted the outer lamps on my morettes so that they are aiming as low as possible and slightly towards the kerb - is this the best thing todo?

also now i realise just how bright the inner bulbs, got flashed loads of times and finding i dont need the headlamps on at all to drive at night as the inner sidelight bulbs are sufficent, how can i alter the adjustment on the inner lamps and where would be the best place to aim them? low down and slightly at the kerb as well?

There are wing-nuts on my Morettes to adjust the aim, have a look
