Where is the best place to buy from. Not bought one for 7 years as i hardly use the living room. However, this one is old and too big for my new place. Still like new though so will have to sell it i feel
After leather, two seater and a standard chair type thing. No room for a foot thing that extends.
Buying in a few weeks so sales will be off by then

Waiting on a phone call this week to confirm they are going to build me a garage. If not, the sale will be off
A refundable deposit has gone down so far.

I bought one from DFS about a year ago maybe less. Well it was ordered in Jan and came around March ish... they take months to come through.
Mine was a big corner with a matching swivel chair...quality of the sofa is excellent. The customer service I received from Dfs though when calling the stores was shocking and the people who came out and delivered/set up the couch didnt put the legs on properly so we had to have someone else out to fix them.
Paid about £1400 I think for them both.

I got mine from Harveys, cant fault them really. I reported what i believed to be a fault (creaking noise) and they sent someone out to look at it in 2 days. Not the cheapest of places though.

I got my sofas from Harveys too iirc.
Nothing elsewhere matched the quality and design of what I was after.

I got mine from DFS, as said, took ages to deliver, Customer services were rude, and I havent even had it a year and its already starting to sag, fade etc and when i called them out to see it, i got told thats how its meat to go, it was a corner couch, with two seperate seats, cost over £2k once i got the fabric cover too

To be fair Twiggy, it's all going too quick for me
Decided i'll take one of the other flats and not take the one already built. The securoty guard is living there at the minute which means there's the odd mark on the paint work. The show flat is underneath and the office is on the ground floor. I'm prepared to wait! Plus, i want to use the garage to keep an old mini in and be able to keep my car on the road safe. Don't really like where my slot is at the minute as the only thing overlooking it is people back gardens with a brick wall in between. New place has peoples houses faceing.
I also now get to choose my kitchen, tiles etc.

Have a look at westbridge furniture (used to be deeside furniture).
They make all the stuff for m&s & next, but a load cheaper!
Much cheaper than buying from m&s or next tho... Saved us about £2.5k on a large 2 seater & 2 chairs!

We got the Abbey leather in brown for about £1400
Would have cost us nearly £4k if we bought direct from M&S
5 years on & its still like new
