mate and his gf are looking into renting a flat,
and asked me if id like to join them,
seen some decent ones for around 500 per a month,
but will these include all the bills, or are they on top?
also says no smokers
so i guess id have to lie about this, any help be nice
and any companys that are decent

i went to the school with the lass so wouldnt be that bothered
will different land lords offer different options?
as i thought for 600 id get most things inc, like gas, water and electric

Unless it states BILLS INCLUDED your bills will NOT be included. If they are not included expect to pay the rent then the rent again for bills. I live with my girlfriend, here is the budget planner
Its expensive - that is a 2 bed mid terrace
I also would suggest not living with a good mate, I lived with 2 good mates, one ive known for years, and now no one is on speaking terms anymore

tbh that chart is a good idea,
wounder what is under " fun & frolics"
are there many placed that will inc bills, currently looking at, 1st floor flats, did not think it would be this much tbh

That is a printscreen of results from Martin Lewis (moneysavingexpert) budget planner on the website.
I found around Lincoln the only places that include bills are student places. If private ones included bills they were complete dives, or house shares

Properties to rent in Newark, sorted by lowest price first
edit - looking through this list you've got a decent choice of properties between £350 - £450PCM! Most unfurnished though. There is a few that come with a washing machine in the kitchen already which would be ideal in your original situation, means you dont have to sell up if someone leaves and wants their share of the monies back

Normally you'd only find 'bills included' when renting a single room, not a whole house/flat.

Also, apartments are fine but not practicle for moving furniture into

This looks nice
No inside pics though so would have to arrange a viewing. Depends on what you want though really. I prefer a house, so does my g/f so thats why weve got one. You get more space per pound and generally a nicer quieter area. If you want to live within walking distance of the local pubs (and city centres?) then apartments might be for you

naah there will be two cars, so will probz have to park one on the road or some thing, cheers for the link help

You can buy small sofas, like 3/4 ones, that are just as comfy and look fine. Ive just redone the search, the majority of affordable furnished places are here in Lincoln. If you do want that sort of thing, around our way stay dead clear of Lighthouse Property Services, they are the awful letting agents, chase you for bills you dont owe, mess around with deposits, poor communication etc etc
