Can someone diagnose this for me please...

EML comes on, when i accelerate foot to the floor it wont basically, at 3-4k revs its basically stops accelerating and the EML comes on..

Can it be my exhaust buggering up my AFM.. Is My AFM because i used to have an induction kit since i had that it started doing this so i got rid now its just broke lol...Cheers

Sounds like the AFM is to fault here mate. My mates 1.0 used to do the same.
I wouldnt think its the exhaust which is making it do that.

think it just unplugs and then you separate it from the pipe. i don't have a corsa anymore so can't check it. a good test for you aparently is to unplug it and try driving to see how it is. i heard that when it is unplugged the eml wil come on but it ignores the feedback and will run correctly. then plug it back in and see if the fault comes back. you may want to try that before you part with your cash.

ensure that you re-fit the new AFM module the in the correct orientation-
positioning it back to front will make the engine hunt.
make a note of the direction of the component before you take it off; a photograph perhaps.

Don't even bother with induction kits on 1L or 1.2's. Pointless and as you've found out, the AFM hates them!

Panel filter and drilled air box is more than enough.
