My car gets driven very hard everytime I drive it, because it only basically gets used on a track. But when I drive it on the road it gets abuse too because I drive a dog shit piece of ford escort van everyday which is so slow.

Not that often really, with the corsa i have had it for 3 years so know its limits very well and I gave that some mega roasting so at the end of the journey the brakes/ tyres/oil stank like hell.
The BMW doesn't as much because it does under 10MPG when i do and the range goes down 10 miles everytime a give it a quick roasting, also on the BMW the rear diff and gearbox oil needs heated up for 10mins before i give it death. (my 10 minute rule)

Especially down motorway slip roads

The Sport gets death every time I get in it but thats why I have it.

The Ibiza is driven hard but no where near the same extent as the corsa, think the average mpg is about 45 so that shos its not bad. Its in getting repaired atm and I have a 1.2 16v 5door Corsa D courtesy car. I take it to the limiter in 1,2 and 3. I have yet to find enough road to get the limiter in 4th though

No never boot it

The thing idles at 6k

I think it's now a 1.7 due to getting full on stick for 40k in 2 years.

I've had another guy come over to me in the petrol station telling me that i have a "redtop" under the bonnet, i just say nope, 1.6 under there. Then they normally say something like "insert name" will be pissed off then or show me coz i've seen it shift

Nope, Fiesta gets driven nicely. No point getting driven hard, it's a 1.4 and a slow one at that.

My Corsa however, complete death, I blame the exhaust.

I'm not sure I do stay in the middle of nowhere so I have about 30 miles of bendy country road driving everyday. Other than that I'm not sure how I do it
