Have a corsa b redtop which was connected to a 1.4 exhaust from the 2litre manifold. Crap thing has snapped off at the manifold. What size bore is best for the rest of the exhaust (manifold to backbox). Need to know asap as i want to sort it in the morning.

What is the rest of the spec? You need something serious to go over 2".

What ever the outlet bore is of the standard XE manifold is, the system should be made to suit  (same exhuast bore)

Its just standard redtop. Dont really plan on tuning it up.

Then the exhuast bore should be the same size as the bore on the outlet of the standard XE manifold.
