project tv, not sure the address but they stream on your computer and you can watch films before they are realeased, and its not illegal cause your not downloading and theres no money

Thats the worst excuse i've heard for it not being illegal.

I'd class streaming as you downloading data to your computer.

dont think there ever been a case were someone has been prosocuted for streaming media (just guessing cant be arsed to find out), so technically hes right as of this moment its not illegal.
