Creatine might not work for certain people but I used to mix it in some fruit juice, and the only way I could describe it was feeling 'fizzy' inside, I was like a mental ballistic bottle of pop strutting round like Lou Ferrigno.

CEE is easier absorbed into the blood stream, i can't take Mono as it gives me massive stomach pains, CEE doesn't.

If you want to go "mental" in the gym, try beta-alanine, try a CNP protein slam thing, it doesn't really help you train its just a fast protein hit before the gym but really its usually a placebo effect, eat properly and train harder and you don't need any "mental in the gym" products.
