I cannot open my boot from the outside (obviously coz is smoothed lol) so having to open inside the car. Is there anyway i could create a boot pull in other words like a bonnet pull??? or can a garage do this for me if so would it be expensive??

Boot popper mate is your best option mate, look on ebay for a boot popper and there should be some there

Yeah their about £20 IIRC

And im sure theres a wiring diagram that shows how to wire it to the (now redundant) rear wiper switch.
