How does it work, obviously they wouldn't of put that on the tele so it must be fake, but she reads the letters out and they are obviously laughing at something?

The c*nt is possibly real, but for the flaps letters, you can't see her lips move as she isn't facing the camera i.e. could be dubbed from another programme
