OK Im getting annoyed when I try signing into XBL.
When I turn on my Xbox its all fine, but when I go to the profile area to sign into XBL on my profile all the lights on my router disappear, then I have to wait a min or two for it to kind of like reset and the lights to come back, and then I can sign in no problems. Its been doing this for about a week.
Is this a problem on my Xbox or a problem with my router? BTW My router gets increadibly hot, is this something to do with it?
Any help appreciated.
PS. Others who've played Ojc on Fifa09 - I beat him 5-2 last night.

Oh, and it may be worth mentioning that the Xbox is connected to the routher via ethernet cable.

It'll be the router, the xbox signing in must just be pushing it too far for some reason and its crashing.
If it's getting really hot it'll be about to die.

only had it since november 
But the thing is, its not even when i click sign in, its when i go to the profiles area  god knows whats going on. if it continues i'll get a new one. picked it up last night, nearly burnt my fingers 
have to look at getting a new one.
