basically my mum has got and old pic that is 2x2 and she wants it made to around 6x4 but its an old pic (1960 the pic was taken) anyone got a tips of how to do it on ps?

Scan it at huge dpi (1200 or something silly) then resize it.

Increase the image in 110% increments in Photoshop.

Obviously you won't fill a 6x4 with a 2x2 without border either side. So what you need is a 4x4 which will fit onto a 6x4 sheet.
