well, its coming up to that time of year again, so i thought i'd try the personal touch for Valentines Day.

This is the first attempt, probably of many.

Picked up some heart shaped cutters, with the idea of making some little cakes i could stack up (each heart is smaller than the last)

So, what to make, chocolate is always a winner, so attempted a choc fudge style, with some almonds in.

Then i thought, what can make this better?

So i whipped out my stash of Green & Blacks Dark choc with orange & spices, and knocked up a sauce with a few other bits in...



And poured over the top...









Oh, and it was rather tasty.

Next attempt may be something a bit spongier, with more orange, or ginger.

Anyways, things i do when i'm bored.

I made a big loaf stylee thing with the rest, which i've cut up, put the sauce in a bowl & will be taking in to work to share out, handy when i need something from the admin girls, like a decent hotel for the week
