i thought this was pretty cool, maybe not but thought id share:

following on from a couple of posts ive made about 1.43rd and 1.18th models im into, ive bought this:

its Trofeu's newest RS2600 Capri in Wiggans Teape livery driven by Brian Muir in 72. The model theyve done is the 2nd from Circuit Paul Ricard. Behind the model is a photo my Dad took, also in 1972 at Ingleston, the guy smiling for the camera is the same Brian Muir.

different race series, circuit paul ricard was an etcc race and inglstone was a some brdc event.

I had a model Lancia Delta Integrale with the Martini livery when I was young, but for some reason i decided it'd look a lot better without all the stickers, so i peeled them off and now its covered in black sticky marks
