whats the best way to take off items that are bonded on?

ill the paintwork be damaged underneath?

i used wire ( bonnet pull or a length of handbrake cable and mole grips ) you will need an extra pair of hands to pullin a sawing motion but remember to split the bonding with a sharp utility knife and then gently does it !
