Is there any in the northeast that specializes in engine conversions?

i currently own a 1.2 8v B and im looking for more power now and would like a 1.6 16v fitted but i cannot seem to find anywhere in the NE that does this.

any tips or recommendations are welcome

Theres an engine service place in dunston, its near were linch works he might be able to tell you what its called. me mate got his head skimmed there and said it was spot on.

i've got a mate who does them, he's currently got an astra VXR engine in his corsa C lol.

not really most of my mates are not really into cars so thats where im a bit stuck otherwise id give it a go in my garage.

didnt see when the 1st post was lol. my work dont specalise in engine conversions but me and my boss have replaced 5 engines in 4 month and we could give it ago at doing the conversion if you supply the engine and wireing harness etc
Dont hold me to that atm tho cos were abit busy at the moment

dont think it will fit, wrong type chassis leg on your car, the 8v corsas have an external mount on the chassis leg, the 16v have an internal one, unless yours unbolts(some later 1.2 and 1.4 8v's do IIRC, know earlier ones dont)
