Need some help here guys, when you go on channel 4 online catch up, it says play episode, but when i click on it, it downloads all the rights like its meant to, but all i can hear is sound and no video, unless i go on full screen, which then looks crap on here.

any ideas?

I've had this problem before, try turning off your firewall and turning your Antivirus to 'Game Mode' (depending on what AV you use).

i use avast, but it use 2 work before, which was last week. :S

I know i had the same problem, i've just recently got a new laptop with Webroot Antivirus and it worked for a couple of weeks, but then stopped so was having a little play with AV and Firewall... then it worked!
