but dont think its working right plugged it in put hose pipe into side etc water comes out but not as fast and hard as it should as ive used it before.

anyone no what it could be? it dont make that noise either when u actually use it sure they make a noise when using it lol

IF your using a hosepipe into it with hozellocks on ahve you got the pipe the right way round?

I know it sounds stupid but uplug ffrom tap and pressurewasher and swap them round and try.

Mine did this, but it was due to how the lance was attached, not quite on all the way.

that noise is the pump building up pressure. once there is pressure it will stop making that noise. sounds as though the outlet hose may have a blockage. mine unscrews so i can clean it. i'm assuming you have the socket switched on and all that...?

seems like the pump is not kicking in then. you checked the fuse in the plug?
