may seem a little simple , but what exactly do you say when droping of C.Vs to loacl campanys?

I just wrote a general covering letter along with my CV and wrote on the envelope for the Attention of the Manager and hope for the best. Worked for me anyway

And taylor each CV to the job (if doing multiple applications) and keep a copy. Each job will specify different skills etc required. If you have them, more than others, order your CV in that way etc.
