They filmed at 5.am in the morning in the summer, there was a info program and that was in it

Why did they keep going back to live in the city centres? You would want to be as far away from civilisation as possible, on a farm with live stock.

At the end credits the final scene is played again but he dies in the hospital.

Seems a bit pointless to me.
