i have squeaky brakes and theyre quite annoying and very embarrasing
pads have lots of life

any ideas on how to stop it squeaking?

put some copper grease on the back of the pads

Is it front or rears? Pull up handbrake wjilst going along to determine which. If its the front take out pads and clean carriers. Also put copper grease on the back of the pad. If it still remains then you may have a cheap set of pads. If its its the rears, clean with brake cleaner and grease the points where the shoes sit against the back plate.
