The Mrs sold some of her underwear from her ebay shop.

I posted said item.

Buyer leaves positive feedback saying "cheers will deal again"

Now she is claiming she has not had the items!!!

They were sent recorded delivery werent they and your mrs has has a receipt?

Otherwise its just another ebayer pretending to not recieve items because they werent sent recorded and they know that paypal WILL force your mrs to refund them.

I don't think POP is enough.

Make sure you put all this in the ebay dispute, the fact that she has left feedback etc too.

Dont get your hopes up though, PAYPAL always side with the buyer.

From now on id make all buyers take recorded delivery.

Not always. I've had disputes and if you word yourside right etc you can win.
