Not sure if anyone can remember but about 9 weeks ago i posted up a thread on PPI reclaims and if anyone had an joy following Martin Lewis (Money Saving Expert)

Well today was exactly 8 weeks and i spoke to my old loan company and now have a 1K cheque on its way to me

Not bad for the price of a stam and sending a pre-written letter from the website

Black Horse basically told me to GTF, I'm now dealing with Ombudsman but I rate my chances as slim as Black Horse deny all knowledge of mis selling me PPi.

Martin lewis is a prick, everyone thinks hes amazing... He told people to put their money in icelandic banks and a month later they all went bust!

But well done anyway, 1k better off in your pocket

Obvious they'd try that

I had the same off my overdraft charges,

I ended up getting all my charges back on 3 different bank accounts

Loads of companies mis-sell ppi. I know on storecards they basically told you to sign here _____ and here ______ and since no-one reads when they're signing, they end up lumped with ppi without knowing and end up still paying it even when they've paid off the balance on their cards
