What's the best MySQL 'client'? I don't want to use PhpMyAdmin and I want a simple Windows application that is smart.

Any suggestions?

WTF do you mean by 'smart'? But just use MySQLs manager or Workbench

HeidiSQL - but you run it on your Windows system, not web based like phpMyAdmin.
