You can fit Vectra GSi seats which do tilt forward

Because they're Recaro seats not Vauxhall. They're used in a few different maunfacturers cars some of which being 3 door versions

They probably are Recaro seats but not real Recaro if you know what I mean.
Recaro make most of Vauxhall seats including poverty spec ones, Well they used to. My Cav GLS had Recaro stickers underneath the seats.

I did email Recaro to see if they could supply me some Corsa subframes and asked if the Vectra Recaro seat would fit the Corsa Recaro frame.
I was told they are 2 seperate divisions of the same company.

I saw some Vectra GSI seats but didnt think they tilted forwards as they were in a 5 door

I thought exactly the same when my mate suggested a set as he has them in his Vectra and said they're a comfy seat.
THey have a handle on both sides of the base, Pull them up and you can tilt the back forwards. We've added heater pads to mine and the seats are electrically height adjustable.

Damn I forgot to get some pics of mine fitted.
Just finished drilling the frames and bolting the seats in but have stripped them out again to tidy the wiring and fit carpet.

Will get some as soon as they're back in.

Yip they do fit with some modification,im currently doing mine just now.alot easier than i though.Just going to get a few tac welds done to the subframes for extra strength.

All vec GSi seats tilt forward!
