On my yoghurt it says "feel fuller for longer", followed by small print of "when one pot is eaten as part of a healthy diet"

No shit

Like the cereal adverts that say the same thing.

So by their reckoning, I could have steak and chips and as long I finish off with a yoghurt or bowl or cereal I'll be full

it doesn't say "when eaten after a healthy meal" so that's not exactly right.

I always wondered what would happen if you put an antibiotic tablet in a pot of probiotic yougurt, would it then just be normal yogurt?

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.
