dad used to have fords then went over to vauxhalls, he had a black vectra gsi that was featured in tv, naturally i bought a black corsa sri for my first car gsi kit etc etc had 4 more corsa's and went french now own a astra convertable

The boyz in 6th form when I was in year 10 & 11 had 5 year old Nova GSi's and the poorer lads had white Nova SR's
Ever since seeing them and seeing this guy who had recently left school driving around as we were leaving school in his white Nova 1.3 SR I knew I had to have a Nova SR.
So I got a full time job and ended up with a brand new Corsa B SXi

dad has always had vauxs and ma auntie had a 5 door corsa then i bought my girlfriend one and we both loved it so i bought another one for myself i went in a k reg sri and loved it

My family all used to have fords tbh, mate of mine before I passed had a ginger 1.2 corsa, had a go in it so I ended up buying one myself and ever since I've been a vauxhall fan so to speak. Since my uncle has converted from fords to vaux

ive wanted a nova since i was 5
and my first car was a corsa, had so many missed novas  i will own one some day lol

guy round my way had a red 1.2 with a gsi kit and crome 17s and i wanted it so got a white merit and chavved it up then learnt from my mistakes and built my second properly

bought one as a run around a 1400 16v sri. head gasket blew. did a 20xe conversion on a saturday afternoon. never looked back. bought another one. did turbo conversion jobs a good one
i have to say i prefer a nova to a corsa all day long though.

Had an XR2i as my first car but everytime i raced my mate in his corsa gsi id never be able to keep up so i ended up twisting his arm and buying it off him. Ever since then all the best times ive had have usually had a corsa gsi in the background so ill probably keep one untill my dying day

never really been into corsas tbh, LOVE my nova and wish i would of kept my old was, was spanking mint.
i jsut got offered a cheap white XE GSi so fancied a dabble.

wanted a saxo westcoast  as my first car, west down to vauxhall on the offchance, and found a J18 for 3k and it had done 6000 miles
bought it, as can say 100% my life changed because of getting one

I would have given my right arm for Ellis' corsa when I was 16 and was soo close to bribeing him into letting me buy it!
Then unfortunately I've ended up owning 3!

had a 1776 beetle on webers, cam, headwork etc and a mini 1275 as first cars i built, bug was always having things done and mum wanted me to get a 'reliable' car...mate had a mint corsa gsi he used once a week so bought that for £600.
also do a lot of headwork/engine on vaux's so makes sense to know about them too.
