right last night my horn gave up the ghost can't seem to find out why either.
when you press the horn the relay clicks so i know thats working
so i took the horn off and tried it on a mates corsa and it worked so were is the prob

Theres a relay for the horn 
Buttons broken
Fuse
Loose connection (take steering wheel off)
Those are what id check after what you have already checked.

replace the fuse, mine did the same, should be a 20 amp on the far left of the fuse box

mines stopped working to but when the horn went the air bag light is showing i got told its the a yellow and black circle that gos behind the steering wheel
