Anyone got one or had one? Good laugh?
A few of us are thinking about getting one each just for something a bit more random. Early days but i'd only be wanting to spend 600 quid on mine, would that be a complete shitter?

I have just bought a gasgas jtx 200 with the 250cc engine in it, I got it off ebay for £450 runs well and a good starter bike, Fantastic hobby for little money, me and my brother both go on the weekends.

A little over your budget, But seems a good buy and not a dog like a lot of them and its fairly local to you.

Something like that, exactly what would be looking for, glad to know it can be done, how did you manage to get it so cheap? just drop on?
I'll probably be absolute shit on it, but if there is a few of us i'm thinking it will be a laugh. They both have big vans to transport the bikes places too.

No. I've been kept away from them as my brother lives for 2 wheels which scares the shit out of my mum and I used to do some damage to myself on pedal powered bikes.
He will fix anything that goes wrong with ours though, so that is covered.

Just sayin you might find it wierd learn to ride a bike standing up.
Its like learning to run before you can walk in my eyes! Thats all!

I see. Might also be a good thing as I haven't learnt sat down to know the difference. Will be part of the fun I should imagine, part of the reason we are fancying it is for something new and different.

I've got a 2004 Gas Gas 250; it replaced my 1992 250 which I sold for £400 and was a brilliant starter bike.
