see your gp tell him your anger is interfering with your life, he will refer you to an nhs therapist, probally give your a course of CBT therapy seen as this is the inn thing at the min in the nhs, it will really help you deal with your anger and actually identify why you react in the way you do.

only works if yoy truely want to resolve your problem though.

Whenever I'm angry, I make sure I'm angry until whatever is making me angry knows about my anger and makes efforts to fix it. Then I am no longer angry. It's fine.

get rid of the things that wind you up and stop doing the things that make you angry....that way youl find that the little uncontrolable things dont seem to matter anymore....simples

How about growing up ?

Maybe not in your case but I think that with a lot of people who have the same "problem" are just very immature !

Actually it can make you grumpy, miserable, depressed, hence making you angry over things you don't need to be. Trust me, I know!!! Moody mornings are deffo a side effect.

I get the same, over stupid people on the roads, and god knows there's enough. It is partly the green, but you have to understand it and accept it to be able to deal with it in a better way.
