this will just make the kid more of an awkward twat. he's old enough to know how to manipulate situations so he'll just do whateva he wants now knowing he is un touchable.

TBF this probably isnt the first time something has happened involving that mother so hence this action. I cant see them taking him into care just for hitting him twice.
