This will probably be quite confusing as i can't think of the technical terms!

The bit that connects round the negative terminal of the battery has cracked and isn't connecting 100% and making the battery die everyday or 2. Now, the question is, where do the other end of the negative cable thing connect? I've took off the induction hose and it just seems to go down the back of the engine. So i just wanted to make sure where it connects before i start taking more things apart!?

Sorry for the shit wording.

Jakey.

the negative battery cable usually is bolted intop of the gearbox with a 13mm bolt, they always break and cause problems, if you want it to last i would buy a decent batter terminal from halfords ect a foot n half of good earth cable and a heavy duty ting connecter and make up your own earth cable the same lenghh as the old one. hope this helps
