Anyone ever use/used them?
After a nice simple website for our supporters club. Doesn't have to be anything major or fancy. Just basic and simple to use.
Done a google search and Jimdo came up. Watched a video on the site and it looks very easy to use. Had a look at some of the others folk have set up and there doesn't seem to be any adverts popping up all over the place or anything.
Basically just wondering if anyones used it and confirm either way. Failing that, any other recomendations. Has to be free mind.

Surely if it is free to use and host and what not, it has to pay for itself one way or another? Its a business after all, has to make money somewhere....

You can upgrade to a "pro" account which you have to pay for, so I presume once your free website reaches its limit on things folk will pay to upgrade.
They also put a little advert on the homepage, but its only a small picture link. Guess they make money off people clicking that and visiting the site......
