Jessops do 12x18 in store. If you size the image 12x16 in photoshop and wack it on a USB stick, you can select shrink image to fit paper size which will just leave you with an inch each side you can cut off.

Ive binned the big image I wanted printing, I only have it in 1024 x 8something

dunno how they compare price wise, i imagine they are expensive but when it comes to my uni stuff it needs to be perfect no matter the cost. Paid just over £60 for 12 prints 12x16 inch.
