Ive tried heating it up with a HEAT GUN not just a hair dryer, tried t-cut, polish, bleach lmao.

what will do it?

Toffee gun should work.

Unless as Davey said the paint is off then no a toffee gun won't work.

toffee wheel, rubber wheel that buffs it off without burning the paint, thinners should do it

i believe they have a differant name, but Panel beaters call them toffee wheels because they smell like toffee.

dont use thinners lol ull need some white spirit or panel wipe and a credit card and some elbow grease matey

thinners wont do sod all to the paint. i use it all the time to get tar and crap off

heat gun thinners credit card
take your time it just want wipe off that glue is old so as been there for a long time.
