got a slight rattle coming from the front of my coilovers only does it over bumppy bits of road,what should i check?

I've got the exact same problem, in every way you've explained it.

I've got a fucked bottom balljoint, thinking it may be that. It sounds as if it's something loose, like a loose washer or similar.

rattle from bottom ball joint area is sometime the heat shield that covers the ball joint boot

rings are locked and spring isnt moving,i can feel the ratle under my right foot, i will cheak it all over when is dry out side.
