if i was to buy a ford and something goes wrong with it will they replace the parts if its got no service history?

if you bought it from a ford garage then they have to.

apart from things like clutch/gearbox if it's deemed wear and tear.

shouldn't think so. as long as it's them selling the car then they will have serviced it before it's sold.

im looking at a mondeo but there is no history.

its recently had warranty work done on it

should be fine then, ford would've picked up on any things that needed doing.

When I was in vauxhall, they used to get funny about warranty work if there was no service history on the vehicle. If its coming from a main dealer though, they may have a service record on their database. Nothing a quick phonecall with the Reg number of the Mondeo cant sort

says there it must be serviced at the proper intervals to have warranty work done

so it must have history somewhere
