I used to go to the gym, then i got the stuff at home, use it more and can have my music blasting out, i used to get bored at teh gym at home is better.

Wish I had the room for a gym at home

Gym at home is great but once you get on to shifting some heavy weights with deadlifts and squats etc, then it becomes very expensive buying 250kg+ of weights. I wish I had the spare room and cash to do it though.

rowing machines are good to get too, take up little space
