my brother has just bourt some dbilas tbs 4 his x16xe an is havin trouble fitting them as the altinator is gettin in the way, its like it need be lowered down an inch, is this the case if so how much do you lwer it by an do u have to make a braket an has any one got any pics of the bracket

Is it not just the top alternator bolt getting in the way, like it does with powerbox's?
May need to cut top off bolt?
Other than that I wouldnt know sorry.

Yea the alternator needs to be lowered and a new belt needs to be used. U2U warren or linch as they know what belt to use.

Just a plate with 4 holes in, about a inch like you said, use original belt as well, chop the top lug off the alternator and it should sit snug up against the head like so..
