Anyone used them? Basically there is a door for sale but its got a bit of a scratch in it, here is a pic it looks quite deep so machine polishing is out of the question. Would it be repairable for someone like chips away?

Yes.

I still don't like them as a company though

TBH get a quote, and if they're stupidly pricey, get a touch up stick!

easily repairable. they'll just fill it and ''blow it in'' as they did on my fiesta bootlid when some prick keyed it.+

cost me £70 although that was just a flat colour, as opposed to a metallic.

the company i used was essex smart repairs who love cars and take pride in their work

My plan is, get new door on, get scratch fixed and shopping dents removed, then get the whole car machine polished to bring the paint work up on the door and rest of paintwork and hopefully get a perfect paint match, and also to get rid of the stains left from the bird crap on the roof fingers crossed.

Possibly. Drop Tomnova (Lemass) a PM on here - if nothing else he'll be able to give you an idea of how much you'd be talking.

touch up paint, and small paint brush set, use a the correct size paint brush for the scratch, then just build it up with paint to surface level, then polish it over, job done

I want to get it all mopped anyway. I just hope there are no implications with doing all of the above.

That's true. My local one is great, had the rear bumper on the Tigra done and it was a better job than the 'professional' body shop that repaired the rest of the car in the first place. Although they did the work inside their unit rather than outside on the drive.
