personaly i think the thing in his stomach is a tap/drain of some form or a introvenus line of some sort..
mate of mine had a accedent about 3 year ago and was shitting in a bag till not long ago not nice but he had something that loked similar..
but oh fuck that is one "ET phone home" head.. wonder what his condition is called
