I have had to replace my front two arches (they're plastic, the car has pre 97 bumpers) and the 2 on the rear have turned grey, one almost white.
At the same time in replacin' the fronts I have decided to replace the rear but would really like to keep them all black.
Is there anything I can buy to rub on them to stop the rain/weather, whatever it is that makes them fade from doing it.
Thanks in advance.

I use this car plan stuff, works a treat but you get it all over your hands! The kid who owned my car before me didn't have a clue about washing, polishing, or anything like it and mine were all faded grey/white but this stuff worked after a few coats.

Back to Black doesnt really do the trick for me, put loads of applications on and it just leaves marks.

Heard that if you heat them up with a heat gun they will return close to the black colour, and then if you spray them back to black when hot they will absorb it.

Carplan bumper gel as mentioned before is great. Used it on mine and stayed black for 6 months and that was with the car being washed once a week!!.
