What is the normal 'budget' for weddings these days? I was horrified with the blatent increase in prices for things as soon as they get a sniff of the word wedding. Ours worked out under 25k, and I think Fee budgeted 20k. I was happy with 6k or something but I'm a tight bastard.

well considering the place me and the gf want to get married = £2500/£3000
+ her dress which i think she said was around 4k

I imagine its going to be hefty.

but yeh when ever I've watched 'dont tell the bride' they get given like £10k or something like that (may be more tbh)

but yeah cant see any wedding being cheap
