I go to a few local gyms all the time, not because I want to be like the governor of california but I wanna be healthy and fit and put some muscle on myself.
Erm, most the changing rooms are...just a room with benches in the middle and although I'm not ashamed it's disturbing getting changed in the same area as really old saggy men and young lads.
I go to the gym with my gf though and she says in her changing rooms, there are cubicles or at least curtains to pull around yourself or something.
