Apparently UK doctors are calling for surgery to be more common on fat (obese) kids.
I may be being in-considerate, but they should put some effort into it over a period of time imo and lose the weight properly

We should have piggy back races, with nuggets, big macs, chocolate bars etc... on a stick and string in front of them. It would be ace. We'll have to shorten it to 50m though otherwise or we'd be there all day.

To me it's wrong them getting these operations.
That's like putting another 50p in an arcade game and having a go at beating your best score

It's cheaper for the health to do these operations because when these people who have no will power what so ever go and give themselves type two diabetes and cancer due to their size it ends up costing thousands per year to keep the fuckers from going six feet under.

on a serious note, fat people do really annoy me, in america all the seats on the roller coaster rides are built for fatties so when normal sized folk like me go on them i nearly fall out, i say drop lame lessons at school and do more PE lessons
