lol

basically you make up a frame in mfd then make the shape you want out of fibreglass sheet by wrapping it round the mdf, then smooth it all with body filler. then cover in what ever you want.

not too hard, its fairly easy for beginers.

How about using the cowling from a scrapped car, it would be the right colour and material. It would just need adapting to fit and a face plate fitted.
