Well with my B'day next week i'm planning to do a Vodka melon. Is it as simple as stick a funnel in a watermelon and top up with Vodka Is a week long enough/too long?? Top it up daily? etc

would seem it is that simple

Simply cut a hole in the top of the melon, wide and deep enough to insert a funnel. Pour some of your chosen alcohol into the melon through the funnel, leave to sit for a day and pour in some more. The flesh will absorb the liquid, so pour in some more the next day--basically until it becomes saturated. When ready to serve, slice up into nice big pieces and get all your mates plastered on it!

hmmm i dont like melon what else do you reckon you could do that with, an ammereto melon might be ok though lol.

How fucking sweet tasting would an ammereto melon be! It'd be mega sickly. What do you reckon then, 7 days?

lol er i checked a few sites on google and posted an answer :/, could you not tell that from the way i worded the post " it would seem it is that simple" ?

did you think i just wrote a quite comprehensive list of how to do it when ive never done it at all ?

Did a cocktail melon on holiday one year, was a good laugh and got you mangled!
