ok ive just fited my xe into my corsa and it gets relly hot relly qwick and boils over ive done a head gasket test and its ok wat could this be ??? thank you for eny help

tbh it could be alot of stuff, but if you're gasket is fine, check for a leak someplace, i had a pinhole leak which caused the same symtoms, check themostat also.

Head could be cracked or warped. Could be a fucked water pump.

Let the car heat up and squeeze the radiator hoses in case it's an airlock as well.

it sounds silly but have u got the heatermatrix pipes right way round ? mine dne the same wen i had them rong. the pipe that cmes off the side of head goes to the heater pipe under inlet manifold and other on other lol.

oh wat one goes were whitch goes to the drivers side and whitch goes to the pasanger side ??
