good luck finding one, took me 2 solid days to get one, joining stupid amount of forums and ringing up scrap yards. and no to go from an 8v to a 16v redtop you need to do more than change the head, the pistions are completly different to start off with depending on what 8v engine you get, ne is 115bhp seh 130 bhp but ne is better if you wish to do a turbo conversion as they have the lower compression pistons in there. but if you wish to go to a 16v later time to come you need redtop pistons in there.
